Dr. Moradzadeh is contracted with most PPO insurance plans, as well as those offered by the Screen Actors Guild, Writers Guild of America and Motion Picture Network.
Medical insurance can generally be applied to procedures that are medically necessary — subject to the guidelines set forth by the individual patient’s particular health insurance plan. Most cosmetic surgery, however, is not covered by insurance, in which case payment can be made with cash, personal check, Visa® or MasterCard®. Financing is also available through CareCredit.
